No. We only ask for 2 weeks’ notice prior to your scheduled cleaning date if you need to pause or suspend services.
We provide checklist of what’s included during the quote process, so you know exactly what you’re paying for before scheduling our cleaning.
Payment is due on the day of service with no exceptions and can be made by check, debit/credit card, or bank transfer. We can work out a different payment arrangement based on your needs, as long as it is discussed and agreed upon in advance.
